Suggest Offsets??

I was wondering what type of offset I should get on 18 or 19 inch wheels..I am wanting a deep lip but want the wheels to tuck too...any help would be appreciated.

for an s13 or a j30? for j30, if you are doing offset or vip style, I would suggest like at least +40-48 in the front, and +20 to 0 or even negative in the rear. Thats what I was going to do, but I'm just saving my money as of now.
