I finished deleting my EGR a week or two ago and then busted a coolant line under the intake, so i've taken my intake on and off several times in the past couple weeks, and suddenly noticed that i'm maxxing out at about 7-9 boost.

Ever since my NA to TT conversion which included an electronic boost controller, i have been boosting at 15 psi, the max for stock turbos, i haven't been keeping an eye on it between then and now, but after doing some full throttle pulls i noticed that my gauge doesn't go past 10psi and that my boost controller reads under 10 psi as well.

I've continueously checked all my vaccum lines and electrical connectors, during the intake pulls i never messed with the turbos or the IC piping outside of BOV hardpipes. I have never touched my boost controller, haven't adjusted it once, but i don't know if that has anything to do with it since it allowed 15 psi before.

Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated, i honestly can't figure out what the deal is all of a sudden, or maybe it has been like this for awhile idk. At any rate, i should be getting twice the boost i am now.

Are you still using the stock solenoids? If so, you may be in safety boost. Run ECU codes to see if there's anything keeping you from boosting full boost.

Otherwise, you may have hooked up a vacuum line to the wrong place. They may be hooked up, but not to the right things.

Yeah i was going to pull the codes before the weekend was over to see if anything was going wrong. i did get an ECU upgrade from z1motorsports and speaking of safety boost, i reread the ECU upgrade and it was saying that they do their reprogramming, chipping whatever all while maintaining the idea of safety boost.

Everything on the engine including the turbos are all stock, the only thing aftermarket is my electronic boost controller.

But like i said this is the first time i have noticed the low boost levels, also i just started hearing a whuh ch ch ch when my BOV activates, along with the normal BOV noise of realeasing pressure. Other than that i have not been hearing any out of the ordinary.

In that case, I'd do a boost leak test. Your BOV's may be leaking pressure under higher boost levels.
