sudden acceleration

hi i have a 2010 versa sedan 1.6 4spd this is my second versa. the '08 i had never had a hitch. 160k in 36 months.
this one has had 4 cases of sudden acceleration in the 2 months. the dealer cant find any engine codes wrong and we have tried to recreate it but no luck. always has happened when i shift from park to drive BEFORE i touch the gas. it revs to 4-5k, i have to go to neutral to park and turn it off to reset. any ideas.

You put 160K on your first Versa in 36 months? WOW!

Did you just trade it in for a 10 model?

I have not had any issue like that, hopefully somebody can help you out.
