so winters here and i wanted more than i needed another car something safe and reliable.

you guessed it i went back to my original blood for the AWD system. with the G so low its like im plowing through the roads. its definitely manageable but idn....i just wanted a winter beater.

plus went with the wagon so i can transport a few bigger things w.e not like i do that a lot but nice to have i guess.

i got a 1999 Subaru Legacy 2.2L AT

i just tinted the windows did that myself did 5% on the back side. 20% on rear hatch and 35% on the side doors. came out pretty decent i saved about 75% off of what a tint job costs. i spent pretty much a whole day doing it but i like it.

and i just got the new JVC cd player head unit with ipod and usb connectivity so i can hook up my iphone and also use the flash drive for my music. and i just ordered HID conversion kit for the head lights 6000k. and i should be done with it.

it has some new beefy winters on it Hercules xtreme tires so im set for the winter.

plus with the gas talk with me driving how i drive i was still able to pull off 21mpg with the suby. so im happy for now.

That cd changer is very sneaky, int he console I thought it was one of those apexi boost controllers, and then the actual changer looked like a piggy back ecu.

Now you don't have to worry about door dings or if somebody will hit you arse at the stop light. At least not till spring. LOL

I know what you mean about plowing snow. I do that all the time. My street only gets cleaned 2 days after the snow storm and I don't even lowered my car. Well that's why I did not lower it in the first place.

haha yea thanks. i just love subarus. i think they are the only cars that have a website for cars that reached 1million mile club and you caught on to the mileage. its at 100k miles. the meter broke at 90 k so now im at 100. but as you can see the car does not look like its been through 100k miles in driving the interior is like new. and so far it sure drives like it, heats right up runs quiet shifts smooth and all that.

i did a full tune up on it right when i got out full oil filter change plugs wires transmission fliud so i should be good to go.

BTW, does your neighbor ever use that Limo anymore? I rarely if ever see the old style limos anymore. It's all 300Ms & Hummers out here.
