i drive a 2001 nissan pathfinder and i want to replace the stereo head unit and i would like to add a speaker box with 2 subwoofers and 2 tweeters but im not sure if this is possible i want to leave the stock speakers and amp if possible i dont want to rewire all my speakers so if anyone has any ideas please let me know

It will be easier to run new speaker wire everywhere than to bypass the factory amps *and* add two subwoofers, in my opinion. The stock speakers suck, too.

yes, you can keep all factory speakers and amp. and you can add new head unit and also add aftermarket amp while leaveing your stock amp. you need those two adapter tho.. i have the PAC ROEM-NIS2 works great got rid of the crappy cd chager...

well if you got the adapter i think you only need one.
the second adapter that i shown is for adding a amp with a stock stereo head, but since you got the first adapter and an aftermarket cd unit your good to go on adding a amp since you already kept your stock speakers with the adapter you have now. if that make sense
