I recommend going with an ACTIVE (not passive) XO as opposed to a passive for two reasons.
1) Active XO's allow for a much greater flexibility because you easily change your XO frequency with a switch or, in most cases, a small dial.
2) High power components will cost quite a bit of money. Without them, you risk burning your XO, though with 200w, you wont need super high power components.
