hey i really need help with this one guys,
i have a 2005 G35 with the bose audio system. i am planning on putting two JBL or kicker 8" subs in the trunk. i have found a enclosure that fits perfectly into the g35 trunk;however, my main question is this. can tie theses subs into the stock system or do i have to redo the whole system? if i can tie it into the existing unit can i do this myself or is it a difficult project. (ps my dad owns a electrical contracting business). if i have to redo the system what all do i have to do and what is a solid estimate on what it would run me in the cash dept?
thanks!! :dblthumb:

Welcome to NICO!

Search the boards...I installed an aftermarket sub in my 2005 G35 coupe...all you need is an amp that accepts high-level inputs and auto-sense turn-on. You just tap off the rear "sub" speakers in the rear sides.

check out my sig for a link to the FSM on your car's wiring...you can do it right at the bose amp.
