Subwoofer box, tweeter replacements

Does anyone know where to get these cone tweeters at? When you pull them out they look like a horn, they are the rectangular holes above the circular portholes in the picture below. What is the real word for them? All of the boxes I see nowadays do not have these and I can't find replacements. Thanks

That box reminds me of the good old days when having your license was cool, having a car, your mr popuar, and if you had a audio system... you were the coolest guy around. HAHAHA... not bashing the setup, just brings back memories.
