As the title indicates, i'm after some opinions/advice with subframe spacers in a FWD application. Obviously set up for grip, not drift.....I know they can be setup either way (grip/drift) for RWD, but how about fwd?

theorhetically they work, and I've seen people do it, but I dislike it in either application, spacers are bad, they werent meant to be there, so they can cause problems. Just get adjustable suspension peices and do it right.-chet

Here's a thread from FA that answers your question more in depth...(It's regarding rear subframe spacers, but I would think that they serve the same purpose on a front wheel drive)

Alot of people like them and have benefitted by them. So I would say that they are not a bad thing.
