I just installed some spl subframe collars and was just woundering if an alignment is needed from this suspension upgrade.

SHouldn't be any. All thye do is crush the rubber buishing in the subframe mounting points, preloading them so that they flex less. They don't change any angles or dimensions of the subframe mounting so there is no need for a alignment.
