you have to be f***ING kidding me. I wanted to drop the subframe to change it to a new one, and im breaking loose the 4 subframe studs that come from the chassis.

Cleaned the stud tip, sprayed a lot of WD-40, got a nice #17 cube, a breaker bar, slowly, *SWISH* Nut falls on floor with a piece of the stud....

These arent my car`s pics, these are from some guys proyect, but its to show what happened. my subframe is still in place as i couldnt take off 2 more nuts (the damn cubes are jumping the teeths)

Where can i buy these things, how to remove, how to replace. etc TIPS plz... omfg theres a damn international drift event next month and im still breaking in the engine, THIS f***ING SUCKS!

This is whats left without the stud

Well first off sorry to hear the news...

its not much better either, look for a parts car and cut that part of the frame rail out, or goto a dealer and see if they could still get and old new stud from a warehouse somewhere. Either way theirs no "quick" fix. The stud is in the frame rail and they both need replaced.

Make friends with a good welder.

Hey Lopin I was wondering if you got this taken care of? This just happened to me and for what I read from hvp it's not something I'm looking forward to dealing with.
