Nismo bushings are quite expensive..

I saw the Peak performance ones... but are those a supplement to the existing bushings? Or they replace them?

Energy Suspension offers both replacement bushings as well as the urethane spacers. Available thru mynismo.com I think. I have it written down somewhere....

I believe the only poly one now that works on our cars are the Energy Suspension 300zx ones.

Write ups can be found here,http://240sxforums.com/forums/...74580h ... or...shing

yeah the tanabe's are collars. The ES ones I had were junk and were inserts, not full on bushings either unless they've launched some new product I haven't looked at.

I was told by some guys with collars that thats what i wanted to do b/c the poly bushings would rattle my teeth. they suggested stock replacements + collars

spacers are fine for the most part unless your bushing itself is pretty much done for in which case then I'd suggest taking a gander at the nismo hard rubber bushings. Fresh bushings without the jarring of poly but without the sloppiness of just plain jane rubber.
