Subframe bushing sleeves and ES bushings

I finally managed to remove one of my stubborn OEM subframe bushings. In the process however I managed to screw up the metal bushing sleeve. Coz sells a replacement sleeve however it looks kinda cheap and I'm wondering if anyone has used them or heard about them, here is the link to them on Cozs site.

I've heard about them but I've never heard of them actually being on a car. I say go for it...Coz has a great reputation and I doubt he'd sell an unproven product.
