I got a subframe for dirt cheap, so I took it to work and tried using an airhammer to remove the one of the metal sleeves and learned that i was supposed to keep that on for the s13. Did I just screw myself or does ES sell that outer metal sleeve? If they do I cant find it

May have to have a pic to know which sleeve you are referring to.

If you are going to that much trouble get the solid alum bushings.

I was looking into solid bushings since you have to remove that outer sleeve. I saw a set on ebay for 80 bucks shipped

I went and ordered some solid subframe bushings. I didnt think it would take 20 minutes and another person just to install my ES front sway bar bushings... My arms still hurt

I am running an S14 subframe with SPL S14 --> S13 Solid Subframe Bushings.

Would recommend that company time and time again for their countless efforts towards product support and offering upgrades at an extremely discounted price.
