You could always use hyperflex bushings from energy suspension. I believe the subframe, differential and tension rods all use the same bushings between the Q and Z32. I'm sure there are some more that are compatible but someone with more knowledge on the Q will know better than I.
Keep in mind that subframe spacers merely squash the stock bushings to get a pre-load on them. If they are leaking there is no fix other than replacement. Same with tension rods, once they leak they are done. The hyperflex is much stiffer and will make it feel more sports like. You will feel a bit more of the road though and your Q ride will lean more towards sports than touring.
Also to be considered is the use of high performance parts. You can use the tension rods from 300zx's that use giant spherical bearings to totally get rid of lower control arm movement. Also you can use the aluminum subframe spacers and diff bushings but that would be for a track car only. Use of those basically mount the diff directly to the car and you will feel and hear EVERYTHING in the rear end.
EDIT: I just found a Q front suspension pic and it appears that they have the same front suspension components. Therefore the entire 300ZX kit will most likely fit the Q as well. I just replaced all the bushings on my 90 and let me tell you, they were all bad. The rack bushings, a-arms, tension rods, etc, all of them were done. This is a must do for anybody that has an old Q or Z and it's only like $150 if you do it yourself.
