Sub-Frame Bushing/Mounts Failure Issue

I have a 2015 PF with 35k miles on it, took it in to get my routine oil change and they found that the front sub frame bushings had failed or were about to fail(cracked). Luckily it was still under warranty so everything was free but if it wasn't it was going to cost almost 4,000 $$$. The tech said that he had seen some fail as early as 15k(I think this was a rare case) but on the positive note he said he had never replaced the same one twice. Has anybody else had problems with the sub frame bushings / mounts?
