Sub and amp install - sub not receiving signal

Heres the deal guys,

Got a pioneer AVH-P4050DVD head unit connected up to alpine monoblock and type s 12" this set up was working fine in my 180. I have transferred this into my Q45 and now the amp is receiving power as it lights up but the sub is not working.

Deck is set up for sub and rca's are connected into the correct pre out the signal wire is connected as well.

Any suggestions??

Fixed.

Loose connection to the sub inside the sub box.
