its morely the location of the picture that would tell you, seeing as its georgia i think it narrows it down. Now if it was say NYC it could be anybody from ray ray in harlem to tommy "two times" in brooklyn

In case you werent aware Georgia has a suprisingly large amount of the "foresaid loosely based stereotypes" of people for example on an oldmobile alero *gangsta??

If I had a dollar for every time I've seen something like that, I would be very wealthy. You guys have no idea how dirty parts of south Georgia are. I've seen these hoodrats put rag tops on all sorts of stuff.

Oh, and my favorite thing to see are the "donks" people drive around whose rims have been repo'd. Makes me smile every time I see a Cutlass Supreme riding like a 4x4 with steel wheels.
