I've been having a crappy idle for the past week. It would jump from 700 to 1.2k. But now its even worst. The car would sound like its misfiring when idling. When i'm driving I wouldnt feel anything, only happens when idle. When i disconnected my maf and let the car sit, the missfiring sound wouldnt happen. Do you guys think I have a bad maf?

Clean the MAF and reset the TPS. I had a similar issue until I did both.

Also, don't rule out bad o2 sensor, considering it just randomly started doing this.

Rico's on the ball! Thanks man!

Yea, clean the MAFS, and check the TPS and O2 sensors.

i've replaced my o2 3 weeks ago. I adjusted my tps(its actually on the correct position this time ) I heard to use throttle body cleaner, but do i spray it on the hotwire? Or do i just clean inside?

Test your coil packs and injectors as well. Possibly a bad fuel pump too.My car did the same thing when I had two packs going bad, and if the fuel pump or injectors are going bad, they'll mess up your A/F ratio, causing it to studder. This can happen because the car is getting too little gas and more air. If those are good, check the A/F ratio, and make sure you're not running too rich and over-loading the car. That'll bogg it down as well.Check those and the MAF (I had to clean mine out), like the others say.Hope that helps!

ok i changed the maf. Now the idle is still crappy, its pissing me off. And now i know for SURE that its running rich because i can smell it. Could a bad pump cause it to run rich?

More likely a bad fpr than a bad pump.

would it be the fpr if it idles well if i disconnect the maf, even though it revs at 1k, but it doesnt sound like its going to stutter like it does with the maf plugged?

ok update: I changed the maf to another sohc maf once again. And it still idles like crap. But the thing is I noticed its far worst when the engine is cold. After driving on the freeway for a good 40minutes, it wouldnt idle as bad.
