Test your coil packs and injectors as well. Possibly a bad fuel pump too.My car did the same thing when I had two packs going bad, and if the fuel pump or injectors are going bad, they'll mess up your A/F ratio, causing it to studder. This can happen because the car is getting too little gas and more air. If those are good, check the A/F ratio, and make sure you're not running too rich and over-loading the car. That'll bogg it down as well.Check those and the MAF (I had to clean mine out), like the others say.Hope that helps!
