Saved two phones and a camera that way, after being in salt water no less. Actually had to rinse them all out with fresh water and then alcohol and then put them in sealed containers with rice. They came back to life. Lost another phone and a satellite radio receiver though (large wave got through a hatch on the boat at 50+ MPH).downedzephyr wrote:works with cellphones and other small electronics too!

I used rice and it seems to be helping a good amount. only bad part about using rice is that I guess my car is now technically a "ricer" or "riced out" lol
