Hey guys, so my stupidity and road rage cost me my horn, and now I need help. In detail, I essentially punched my steering wheel to death out of anger when a car cut into my lane and forced me off the road. The driver either knew or was oblivious to their error because they kept going, while I was left on the side slamming my knuckles into my horn. Next thing I know, my horn goes off during every other bump, and ESPECIALLY when I turn the wheel causing queried looks and the usual "SHUT THE HELL UP!!" I've been forced to remove the fuse for the horn, and also avoid about 3 accidents these past 3 days, so I really, really need your help. It's a 2001 Altima GXE and I'm hoping you guys can help clue me in as to how I can fix the problem. My horn issue, not the road rage.

Sounds like something's loose in the steering wheel. Maybe you could try taking it apart.

More likely that he broke the contact switch in the steering wheel for the horne. If you really want to find out you have to take apart the steering wheel and look at it.
