I currently have a 1991 240sx with a fully built motor, and everything has been modified on the car. I would like to get a 1995+ 240sx. So I was thinking of buying a 95+ with a basic redtop swap, and then swapping the motors in the two cars. So the fully built motor would go in the 95+ and the basic motor would go in the 1991. I would just need to make sure the 95+ has a new radiator and a front mount intercooler and swap EPROMs.
Seems pretty easy, but does this sound stupid? I really want to keep my "old" motor because it only has about 12k mils on it, it's fully built and I know the complete history of the motor.
Oh and then I would sell the 1991 240sx. I realize the value would go way down after pulling out the fully modified motor.
