Anyone have a story about another driver that pissed them off or did something completely stupid?

lol,Whitehorse Beach is the best kept secret on Cape Cod Bay. Everyone in Mass. goes to the Cape to vaction and go to the beach. The drive out to the Cape is a long and a horride trip. WHB is south of Plymouth, where the Plymouth Highway and 3A meet. Just keep going south on 3A and you will get to it. The residents of WHB intentially try to keep their beach closed to outsiders.

You probably vacation in Provincetown dont you? I would suspect that is your kind of place.

Yes, Rt 3 is the Plymouth Highway and T's right into Rt 3A. 3A north is the main strip in Plymouth and 3A south heads down to WHB.

Was driving around in my 93 Accord (car I had before I upgraded to the Q45). The road that goes to my university was backed up and traffic was down to a crawl. I glanced at my rear-view mirror and this girl in a Sentra was coming at me pretty damn fast.

I quickly moved on to the shoulder and heard her brakes come to a screech as she ended up going into the oncoming lane and narrowly avoided an accident.

I'll be damned if she wasnt putting her makeup on or something.

Some Rav4 cut off me, my friend, and 3 others in a countour, in a left turn turning onto Rover road. The name sais it all. We purseud them at 80 down this windy road (which both me and the driver know like the backs of our hands) tailgaiting the stupid fock the whole way. It's great fun going through a turn marked for 25mph at 60 with 5 people in a shaky car.

Here you go.My friend and I were coming back from down in SC, up I85 (picking up parts for my now retired 2nd gen RX7). We are running around 75 and this blue 5.0 stang passes us like we are sitting still. We come to a straight about three miles long that went downa hill and back up. We could see this guy flying, in the center of both lanes, splitting traffic.

My friend looks at me and says, "when he wrecks, stop so I can get out and laugh." We finally found a few miles later, sitting down an embankment, facing the wrong way.

What is so bad, is this jerk had his girl friend in the car. He was standing there looking at the motorist that had stopped with this stupid look on his face. You could tell he was thinking, "What happened?"

CZ - I used to live in Sagamore Beach (right ON the water). I could see P-Town (Tino's Playground) from my 2nd-story bedroom window. My dad worked at the plant at WHB - What a cool place! We lived in Plymouth for a month when we moved there.

I miss MA sometimes.

I lived in Cambridge and Brookline, MA for about 6.5 years - used to go to the Cape occasionally with friends! Moved to Salem and Derry, NH for 5 years before leaving New England in 1988.

My two favorite cities in the US: Boston and San Francisco. But, the place where I intend to move to, some years down the road: Atlanta (gotta get closer to T3)! :D

I hear they are deactivating the Nuclear Powerplant at WHB. The road that it is on is a pretty nice drive.

They were talking about the tax implications of the Plant shutting down. Does Plymouth get tax money for the plant being there?

They must, not sure though, but I can understand why people are upset. The location has become populated also right.

That's too bad. I'll keep my opinions of nuclear power (all positive) to myself, but on topic, I think that area is one of the most beautiful places in the US.

Our house on Sagamore Beach was incredible, and that neighborhood was so cool... Fond memories.

My two favorite cities as well. Grew up in Oakland, moved to Mattapan and currently reside in Andover. Sopdadope is another that Bay area-Bay state transplant. Must be pretty common here on NICO. :ylsuper
