Why all the s14 haters? I personally like it better but then,, I'm biased. I like the s14 more but that doesn't mean I dislike s13s, BTW I've met 2 a$$hole s13 owners and one ricer too so it's not just us s14 guys. ;) I believe there is enough love on NICO for all... except those danm Civics. j/k

I definitely wasn't "h8ing" on S14's, that would be blasphemy. Hell, I want 2 of all forms of the 240SX. One for modding, and one to keep bone stock. :)

Esp if it is the true 98, only just above 2500 made for the US. Oh yeah, and if your 240 is too slow, stop complaining and get the sr swap done. Very much worth it.

If I remember right, 95-96 are the same, and 97-98 are the same. And I don't think 91-94 will beat the hell out of the s14. Plus, stock cars are not that fast if you want to compare stock to stock. Unless you have a stock turbo car like the wrx or the lancer...etc.

I would have to agree, and they look especially good in black.

I say the '98 (produced in '98) cause there were only a few more than 2500 sold in ths states, it is just the rarity of them, physically there are no differences with the 97.

They are both s14a's. There were only 1000 produced in a 5spd in 98. I happened across one 3 miles from my house. Thank God it was while i was in the market for a new 240.

I believe that the 98's were actually the carryovers they still had left from production. So essentially, the 98's were left over 97 that made it to the shores in the 98 model year. This was discussed on the mailing list many years ago. I'm not sure of how valid it is. If you do some research, you'll find a lot of aftermarket part manufacturers don't even list a 98 240sx.

some remake of the VIS R-33 bumper. I bought it on ebay when I knew nothing about car mods. in order to install it I had to cut part of my REAL METAL bumper to fit it on. I dunno if they sent me the wrong one or not, but it would fit at the time and we eventually managed to fit it on his 240 after all. the ebay seller wouldn't let me return it.
