I just looked around for bolts, took em all off, moved it untill i could figure out where the other bolts were. Wasnt too hard. There should be about 4-5 bolts holding the bumper to the fender right behind the vertical line where they meet(on both sides), a couple under the hood, holding it down into the frame, a couple from below... that should about do it. BTW, taking em off is hard, putting them back on is harder. I had to omit a few bolts on the reinstall, but its on there solid, so i dont care.

good luck

ah.. this will be fun for me as well, my recently obtained s13 coupe's front bumper is crooked under the driver's side headlight for some reason.

I had a similar problem i think. like there is a gap underneath the healight even when it is completely closed, because it contacts the bumper with its corner? I just sanded that little corner down a bit. Ur gonna have a hard time adjusting this by taking it off.

good luck though

No, it's more like the driver's side headlight hits the bumper when closed, its as if it needs to be tugged down slightly. I'll post a pic to better show the problem. It's one of those things that's not noticeable from far away, but when you walk up to it, it's quite obvious, and annoying. My first S13 was straight everywhere. This car had some baboons working on it.

Mine is exactly the same, the headlight hits when closed, i'll fix it when I find a new fender.

Here's some pics of what i'm talking about:

It's annoying as hell. Can anyone think of a way that i might be able to undo *some* bolts/sections so i can tug it to where i want it?

Man, that paint still looks new. Your gonna have a hard time adjusting your bumper to flush in with the headlights. I tried mine but it was a no go. Think adjusting the light will fix it?

I cant tell whether or not it is touching the bumper. If i is, you are probably out of luck. If not, adjusting the light so that it closes fully will work fine. If it is touching, you can still adjust the other light so that it will at least be even.

The easiest thing to do is to adjust the headlight cover. There is some adjustment built into them so you can tweak it. As for the fender not lining up with the bumper....I think you're going to have to live with it.

BTW, I W-I-S-H my paint looked that good. (Damn these Philly drivers who believe that parallel parking is a contact sport!)

Well I bought it last month, it's a fresh maaco-style paint job, complete with paint *around* the mudflaps, red paint overflow on the fog light wiring, etc. But no rust, and new paint is better than old paint even if it is orangepeel-y up close.

It does have its share of quarter-sized dings on the passenger side, and a small dent on the driver's side door. As far as the front bumper goes, i'll be damned if i can't hit it with a rubber mallet *somewhere*

the back of the car is much more of an eyesore:
