When doing a KA24E to KA24DE swap, do you have to change the ecu and wiring harness?

I know it has been asked a dozen times, but I couldn't get it to pop up in the search.

ECU yes, and I am pretty sure the wiring harness will be different for the SOHC. I would just get both to be safe. You will probably need them.
