Pray to the stud god for removal and make a human sacrifice to appease him.

get 2 bolts and tighten both bolts on the stud. actually, tighten both bolts against eachother. and then use that to take out the stud.

Or if you are like me, the studs on your fourth port just come off when you unscrew them and are bishez by resisting to go in, so you have to re tap it and screw it in..... >: / I have had the most damn trouble ever the my hotshot header...... Leaks, warp, clearance issues, lining up problems, gaskets gaskets gaskets and.... did i mention, MORE GASKETS?

If you aren't concerned about reusing it just grab it with vise grips and unscrew it- they aren't in there that tight- at least they weren't on mine. I had the same issues as above when I put on the hotshot header- except I had two studs just snap off in the head- I very carefully used a right angle attachment with a drill and drilled them and used an ease-out-they came right on out- I was prepared for the worst but it was Ok.Once I got some hardened studs and installed everything I haven't had anymore trouble.
