Just an FYI, a higher pressure cap doesn't do anything unless the coolant is actually boiling to some extent. Higher pressure caps just holds more pressure in the cooling system which raises the boiling temperature of the coolant. But the temperature is not really lowered by this. It becomes effective though when the engine gets so hot that coolant starts to boil. Boiling water introduces air into the cooling system and air is much less effective at carrying heat away from the motor than water. So if your system is not causing water to boil, you won't see any benefits from the higher pressure cap.
