stupid LSD question

I am not sure if the Nissan LSD read is supposed to work in reverse.

Does anybody know? I almost got Lola stuck in my yard. I had all 4 tires off the edge of the driveway while turning around, and she didn't want to get back on the concrete. The right rear tire just spun on the damp grass. I don't know if the LSD is shot, or if it only works in drive. I just put new tires on her, so I don't want to do a burn-out test.

I know Layla spins both rears, when I do a burnout, but I have never done a burnout in reverse.

I dont know but ill try it and see. but someone else will most likely answer before i get a chance.

Since it is a viscous fluid, I don't think it knows if it is going forward or back, only rather that there is a significant disparity in axle rotational speed from one side to the other.

yeah it shouldnt matter if its going foreward or backwards.
