Did the driver survive i guess? He'll have to go through the rest of his life knowing he killed someone because of his stupidity--that's punishment in itself. Hmm, in some states an accident like that could mean vehicular manslaughter--all depends on the situation I guess.

he did survive. he is 17 or 18 and i think she was 16. you know what is very strange though? i went to NC to give some **** back to my ex this weekend. i went to the car wash Sat. night and right before i was leaving a couple of my friends pull up to wash their cars. we start talking and time goes by. well, he shows up, does some stupid *** burnouts, washes his car, then when he pulls out into the main road he floors it and does a 360. well then he tries to turn around again and does another. we are sitting there laughing at him cause he wasn't used to the power, or the FR layout cause he use to own a cavalier, and his tires were wet. someone i was hanging out with yelled out "you're gonna get someone killed!" now isn't that just freaky!?!?!?

Well, isn't it a good thing that he wrapped it around a tree and instead of a VAN filled with kids? WHat a retart, everyone knows a mustang has 0 HANDLING.

it won't be as strict of a charge as murder. and since it wasn't 1st degree mansalughter, you're looking at a possible year to three of sentencing. which can get plea bargained down. which can get out early on parole

IF he was under the influence of any substances though, his sentence skyrockets. Sucks that this happened, but it happens all the time. Some of us make it, some of us don't.

it reminds me of Ninja Kids 1, where the bad guys get pulled over by an officer, and the kids are walking by and one says "Awwwwww! Someone got a ticket!"

Welcome to yet another episode of "Georgia Teen Driver."

There is a reason we have things such as the 6 month rule and the curfew for teens here. As much as I hate it (I have to break curfew in the winter to get to swim practice in the morning), it does sorta make sense.

However, the real problem lies in driver training. Anyone else taken the GA Driver's Ed course? I could have slept and still made an A on the final test. The instructor GOT LOST with both me and another student on separate occasions during the driving portion.

On top of that, kids around here get more than they can handle. I would be hard pressed to push my Sentra beyond it's limits because it has huge brakes and not a ton of power, plus an awesome suspension.

Girl in my neighborhood got a Mustang Mach 1 (auto), a guy in my neighborhood got a 350Z (auto)... I wonder when those two will be around a tree? They both drive like idiots.
