Stupid Idle controller

Heres the deal, ever since I got my car (which was about a year and a half ago) the idle has been slowly decreasing. A while ago, I went under my hood to raise it and I find to my suprise that the threads on the idle control bolt are stripped. What a *****!!!! so my question is now, what are the parts i'm going to need that I need to buy to fix my idle controller and where would I find them? Thanks for your help!!!

BTW, its a 1990 240sx
