stupid headlight! pleeeaase help

ok. so my headlight won't come up without a little persuasioni turn on my lights and only my driver side comes up.my passenger side lights up. it comes up if you twist the knob a little.i'm not talking manually twist it all the way. you twist it a small bit and its like the motor just kicks in and the headlight pops up

i need help for sure guys
