If you're keeping the EGR, get an S13 DOHC header. You'll need a clutch for a '95.

All KA clutches and flywheels are the same. Get a header based on the chassis, as well as exhaust.

To get to 200 hp, do this: Swap to a SOHC, bore it, forged rods, pistons, coated bearings, high compression (like 11.5:1 or higher), larger intake and exhaust valves, port the hell out of the head, huge duration camshaft, removed secondary butterflies, upgraded ignition, tune your own ECU, ditch the cat for a straight pipe, lightweight flywheel, crank pulley and driveshaft, remove the clutch fan for an electric one, upgrade the ignition, intake and header. Then you might be close. As for a DOHC, i think we're still waiting for an NA one to make 200hp.
