STUPID ELECTRICAL PROBLEM!!! HELPPP!!! NEED ANSWERS!!!1989 249sx Hatch 2.4LKA

My car runs fine everything works until I turn the car off... lol.... Like once i turn my key into the off postion,car is completly dead. Time goes away, seat belt doesnt go back dome light wont come on. But once i start the car again and rev it up everything turns on!i fixed this problem some how before but i have no idea. Then stupid me, i installed a deck with my battery still hooked up and blew my dome fuse. replaced it now im back to the same problem again. I tested out every fuse with a connection tester. the St. Signal outlet is deadd. No power to it at all. But i wouldent think this would solve the problem, because i had fixed it before. Was it dead then? idk.PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just fixed almost the exact same things on my car today.

Don't know if it will help but mine turned out to be that there was a 30A fuse in my room light spot instead of a 10A. Put in a 10A and everything now works, seatbelts and everything.
