I have drilled, hammered, pryed, everything. I PB Blasted the damn thing overnight. I managed to get the key out, and the thing STILL won't come off. I am wondering, where is the best place to drill on it to get it off? That's about the only 'cutting' tool I have. I could care less about the oil pump because I am getting a new one. I am just worried about damaging the crank. Through searching, some people said they heated it up, but I don't have a torch.

you can go to the store and see if you can buy/rent a pulley puller for a little bit. One that uses bolts instead of hooks to pry it off. All it would be is a rather strong plate of metal with a big hole in the center with a very large/long bolt going thru it that is just like any other pulley puller, and then it will have two small threaded holes on either side. If you drill matching holes into the crank sprocket and thread them, you can then screw a bolt into both sides and turn tighten the large center bolt and the sprocket will come off.

air tools are always neat though, and buying the necessary equipment to use a 3" cut off wheel will come in handy not only here, but at other places down the road as well

drill it right above the keyway and split it with a chisel. horizontal so as not to risk bending the crank.

wuss. You need to teach that motor who is boss or you'll regret it later!

Keyway is probably easiest, but I drilled two holes 180 degrees from each other. After the initial hole I kept using larger and larger bits until I could chisel through the edge with a minimum of brute force.

If I did it again I'd drill at the keyway, chisel to the outer edge and hit it with a torch.
