well i hooked up my knock sensor last night to see if that would help the idle but when i checked the codes it was throwing 13, 34..temp sensor and knock...I just put a new temp sensor in last week and i wired the knock up to pin 23 just like your suposed to...My knock sensor could be bad because i am using the 180sx's lower harness and it has alway thrown the code. so i might go buy a new sensor or try the resister trick but Im baffled about the temp code....any ideas guys?

Check all the wiring between the temp sensor and the ecu, if the sensor new, thats all it can be. Also try wiring the knock sensor straight to pin 23 on the ecu, alot of people have this problem and that always seems to fix it. Heres the pinout:

yeah it is wired straight to the ecu at pin 23 i am about to head off to work so i will play with it a little tomorrow. I will probably try wiring the temp to the ecu as well
