My question is pretty stuped, but id wrather do it rite the first time and save some money. I am planning to get my manifold flange welded on friday. I have a z31 t3 turbo, and i am wondering which side is the oil outlet, thats suppost to go to the oil pan?? is it the side with the square cut in the turbo, or the circle? Also if i use an 4AN or a 3AN oil inlet line, will i need a resistor?

The square one IIRC is the outlet. The bigger one in general will be the outlet.

I was also wondering about running a restrictor on my Z31 T3. But I called my turbo rebuilder, and he said for 1/4" line, I should be fine.
