*18" x 8" -40 wheels and 245/45ZR18 100w tires will fit perfectly on F50.*2005 Q45 has automatic headlamp leveling. Earlier F50 has manual adjustment for headlamp leveling*F50 headlamp adjustment is easy, but bulb replacement involves removal of body components.*2005 Q45 has remote power trunk opening with key fob standard.*Horn honk on setting alarm with key fob can be disabled so only flashing of marker lights confirms setting.*Climate control has an "Econ" setting that reduces A/C comressor load, but to shut the compressor off completely requires hitting the #6 dash button TWICE while in Climate Control window.*Rain sensing wipers are standard on 2005, earlier may be an option on base models.*Auto headlight control may turn lights on and off too frequently, shortening the life of the very expensive HID low beams. Replacement requires additional $130 per side labor. These lamps may not be covered under warranty.*TPS indicators take a few blocks to provide readings.*Voice Activation Control is too cool. :-)*Side mirror tilt -down in reverse requires the mirror control switch to be turned to the side tilt is desired on for it to work.*Ignition timing cannot be easily adjusted. One member here states that it can be done with a CONSULT II, but I'm unable to confirm that (yet).*On steep downgrades, the cruise control applies the brakes momentarily and repeatedly to maintain set speed, resulting in bucking.*F50s corner flatter than non-active G50s, and have shorter turning circles, but have less steering feedback and effort. The speed-sensitive steering is electronic, and increases effort with speed rather than increasing ratios as BMWs do. Between that and VDC, F50s have more understeer than G50s.*Turning the VDC off and setting the semi-active dampers to "Sport" reduces understeer on fast curves.*There is a brighter high beam lamp available called a "9011" or "H1R1". See my spearate post on this.*F50s have a FSTB standard.*F50s have no thicker rear sway bars available.*Previous destinations cannot be deleted from the Nav system.*Climate Control window must be selected to display ambient temperature.*Climate Control settings can be displayed in split screen momentarily by turning the temp control while in other windows (but ambient temp doesn't show).*Trip mileage in Trip Computer does not agree with dashboard trip odometer display.*Fuel mileage reading is not accurate. Mine is off by 1.2 to 1.5 mpg.*Nav and audio settings require a lot of memorizing. They are quite involved. Keep your owners' and Nav manuals in the console.*There IS a dead pedal in F50s. It's just too close to the floor to do much good.

Anyone else?

Offset is +40mm. There is no VLSD, unlike all previous Q45.

Not sure I know what you mean about the offset.Fits and looks good to me. 35 to 38 mm might set the wheels out a little further, but it seems okay the way it is. Where am I going wrong?

Most native speaking Americans can use the system as set up from the factory. But some people for different reasons have a hard time with it.There is a fix for that though.

VCS has a way to learn accents and dialects, even different speech patterns. It can do this for several different users. The owner's manual tells how to train the system for each user that has speech which it has a hard time recognizing.

Once you get it working, you'll giggle at how cool it is and use it all the time. It's fun amazing and impressing your friends too. :-)

Oh, got it.That was a "dash", not a "minus" sign.

My bad.

Had me worried there for a minute.

Whew!
