I finished my swap about a week ago and I’m noticing that there is a stutter when I’m just cruising, it can be a harsh jerk every once in awhile. The stutter doesn’t happen all the time and will happen when the car is warm and cold. Also, the engine bogs when the throttle is let off and when the car first starts. Occasionally the car will stall right after it has been started.

I'm not sure but I think it could just be my TPS failing. What do you guys think?

Recirc'd BOV or no? Also, did you change your fuel filter to a new Z32 one with the swap?

I think I fixed it. I used the intake tube off the front clip when I did my swap and there was a small nub with a hole in it that I didnt know about. Put a screw in it and the thing has been running great since.
