so I cant get one of the turbo elbow's nuts off. not much clearance, doesn't fit a boxed end wrench, I cant get the right angle or clearance on the open end of the wrench or starts bending it. sockets don't fit. if its anything like the nut right under it its going to be a b**** to take off. I need some suggestions on what to do or try next? (I have tried everything I can think of except heat or using a nut splitter which most likely wont fit anyways)its been soaking in PB blaster for days now lol

did you use an angled box end wrench?

it should fit if you put the angled part point towards the front of the car if im not mistaken.

but yea, taking it off the first time is always gonna be a b****

might help to undo the 4 bolts going to the manifold, that will let you bend the turbo and pipe out of the way a bit and let you get in there better

I cant fit any box end on the nut because there's not enough clearance between the nut and the elbow itself

ill take a look at that but first I need ideas of what tools to possibly use if nothing is fitting right

Crows foot or angle wrench.I'd rather just take the whole turbo/dp off though.

Ive got a r33 rb25det turbo and a r34 rb25det neo turbo for sale, came off of my Z and my friends s14 when we upgraded turbos. The R34 neo is obviously newer and has a bigger A/R turbine than the reg R33 one.

Just pulled the turbo, I had to buy a 24mm wrench but over all it was fairly easy, my hand is bleeding but I got the turbo out .
