Stuck seat belts

I have 1 seat belt (in the back, so it doesnt prevent me from wearing it) that is stuck. It seems like the tensioner wont let go of the belt to let it go back into the hole. I cant pull it out any, and it wont go back in. It is already partially out. Also, all the rest of the seatbelts are sluggish. Any advice is appreciated!

Seet talk to a dealer for replacement. DOT required lifetime warranty on nonabused belts.

I talked to a local Nissan dealer, and they said they cant do it. This seems like an easy fix, and the infiniti dealer is a long way away, and i dont have time to take it and have the car gone for a while. Would some local shops be able to fix this???

Only an Infiniti dealer can do it under warranty.

Might call Infiniti directly, and see if they will ship the belts to your local Nissan dealer for installation.
