check your fluid level, it's likely your slave cylinder crapped out and you got air in the lines. If you can jack the car up and roll the rubber boot back on the slave and see if it's wet if it is then it's your problem.

i bleed it a bit and now i can get it out of gear but not smoothly, also this only happens in fourth. i goes into the gear fine just wont disengage properly.

perhaps a syncro? I can get it out of gear fair easily with a neutral clutchless shift around 2500 rpms but any other rpm it a task to push out.

You might want to change out your slave cylinder. Then bleed it again and see if that helps.

Or roll the rubber boot back like I mentioned in the first post. If bleeding it helped some it tells me you stil have air in the lines if it's not working properly still and probably have a small leak somewhere in the system. Make sure to bleed both bleed points under the hood and on the slave.
