Alright so I got a pain in the arse outer tie rod that wont seperate from the knuckle.Long story short is that i rented a tie rod remover and when i went to remove it I notice the top rubber part is in the way. How do I seperate this chet without ripping the ball joint? This is a pain!

You need to get a 2 jaw puller. You can also rent a pitman arm puller, just need to find one small enough. I have perfectly good tein tie rod ends so no way in hell was a pickle fork going to touch them.

i had the same problem trying to align my truck. the bolt will spin with the nut? I got needle nose pliers and jabbed em in between the spindle and the nut to put pressure on the nut and then slowly tightened it while it pushed the needle nose out and the bolt didnt spin.

LOL same thing here i had with the ball joint when i removed it with 2 jaw puller and now the bolt part of the ball joint spins freely clockwise and counter clockwise as when b4 it was solitary, the puller put so much force on it, it forced the ball joint stem to break loose. Is that still good tho.

well mine would spin freely too. i had to lodge something between the nut and spindle just to get the nut on and off.
