First, be sure to soak it with penetrating oil for 15 minutes first. If that doesn't work, then try the following twist to the above procedures:
I put a straight close-ended wrench around one flywheel bolt on the right half (looking at it) and crossed it between two of the flywheel bolts on the left half. Mine was on a motor stand so when I turned the flywheel, the wrench would wedge between the left bolts and one of the motorstand mounting bolts so I could loosen the bolts other than those touching the wrench. I see that you got most of them out, so loosely reinstall a few to be able to do this procedure to get at the ones that are giving you trouble.
