What are the best struts for 2000 I30 and where is the best place to have them installed besides the dealer?

A decent upgrade from stock struts are Tokico Illuminas. Motorsportsdirect.com has them for a decent price. You can get them installed by any reputible mechanic that is local to you. I did mine in my garage in 1/2 a day.
