-strut tower brace-, hood wont' close now!

I was putting on my strut tower brace today which i had ordered from online. It stated it's for S13 but after i putted it on, my hood can't close now, it'll hit the bar. So what should i do now?

cut the plastic stuff? its like.. on the inside of the hood.. other then that.. i dunno

Where did you buy it from and what brand is the bar? Take off the hood liner, that will free up another couple centimeters or so.

Oh.. well its nothing of good news... but usually either defective make, wrong part, or installation.... would help with some pics or more info...
