strut replacement

aight, so my rear strut passenger side is starting to go. local auto shops are like "cant get them at all!!" one guy told me try ebay, but nothing on there. and i dont wanna have to shell out over $263 at my local infiniti dealer for just one... so im wondering, does anyone know of any struts that will fit onto the 95 j30, and wont lower the car too much?? i saw a thread on here where a guy put s13 struts onto his buddies j30, and he said it lowered it like 3", thats too low for my liking, then someone else in that same thread said about using s14 struts, that it might compensate for the 3" difference. doing some research onto the 2 struts, the s14 body is about 3" longer than my stock j30 strut.

has anyone had any experience in replacing the struts with any model from monroe?? or w/e the model is that autozones carry.

or even if someone can find the exact measurements of the struts, that might help a bit. the FSM doesnt give any measurements at all...

Crash I have an old one if you want to come and get it for measuring not to use it is blown.
