Does anyone know what color the stock struts/shocks are on an s13? Mine are blue and I was wondering if thats stock or not. I tried the "search" function, but found no results. Thanks.

Its not like a Porsche where you determine who made your struts and what the OE ones were by the color. Nissan is an economy car, like it or not, and there are litterally dozens of brands of OE replacement struts that are different colors. When i got my car i had silver OE replacements, then went to Tokico blues, then to silver KYB GR2s. Color doesnt mean anything.

ok.... so I suppose my new question is how I might go about figuring out which ones I have- OTHER than color as JNM240 explained.

Take them off and look for the brand name on the side of them.

Sometimes they will be stamped or engraved on them. You shouldnt have to take them off, but at least remove the wheel to get a better look. But if they are good aftermarket ones, you will be able to tell (it'll be written all over them).
