Does anyone have the clearance distance between the strut and the back of the stock wheel, for front and rear?

Fronts won't fit.... rears will rub fender.

17x8 +20 for the front if you can17x9.5 +30 for the rear if you can

You'll more than likely have to roll the rear fender either way.
