Anyone know front knuckle to Strut bolts from S13 and S14 are the same size or not.

Nope. S13s are smaller. When doing a 5lug swap you need to drill out your strut tube to accomodate the larger S14 bolts, or press in spacers to fill the extra area and use the existing S13 bolts.
